At Magna Estimating & Supplementing, our experience comes from years of working directly in roofing, construction, and the insurance world. A: Yes. We handle the calls, documentation, and disputes so you can focus on production.

Q: How much does your service cost?

A: Pricing can vary depending on volume and claim type. We’ll go over everything during your 30-minute demo call so there are no surprises.

Q: What documents do you need from me?

A: The scope of loss, job photos, and any measurement reports (EagleView, Hover, Roofr, etc.). If you don’t have something, we’ll help you get what’s needed.

Q: Can you help with residential and commercial claims?

A: Yes. We handle both residential and commercial roofing, storm damage, water mitigation, interior repairs, and more.

Q: What if the adjuster pushes back?

A: We provide code references, manufacturer guidelines, photos, and detailed explanations to support the claim. If needed, we can also reach out to the local building official.

Q: What if I already submitted a supplement and it was denied?

A: We can review the denial, rebuild your documentation, and resubmit with stronger justification and code support.

Q: How does payment work?

A: We only invoice after the supplement is approved. You’ll receive a detailed invoice showing the increase and our fee. No hidden charges and no surprise costs.
